HRC provides in a residential setting, support and supervision for adults with mental illness. We also provide 24 hour supervising care, medication monitoring, ADL support and a stable living environment for individuals with adapting to behaviors resulting from schizophrenia, paranoia, bipolar disorder and depression.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) is your peer advocacy group. They provide support for families and share information about the mental health care system. NAMI also puts strong efforts towards influencing and supporting legislative efforts to assist the mentally ill and their families.
We are located just steps from parks where clients can enjoy and a nice walk to watch soccer tournaments. We are snuggled next to shopping and food courts which allows for versatility in guiding our residents to be more independent. We are also just minutes away from Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health for medical appointments.
We are not a drug rehabilitation facility; we have recognized the increased number of dual diagnosed individuals. Therefore, we have integrated a supportive approach to address the dual diagnosis. Dual diagnosis refers to individuals with both drug or alcohol along with a mental health diagnosis. We have included in our program a support group to provide guidance towards sobriety while reaching mental health stability.
